GuestDesk never writes to your reservation data

The bridge that makes it possible.

Guestreach is a WordPress plugin for restaurants that automatically processes incoming Resy confirmation emails — building a full customer database from the data in those emails. Visit history, names, dates, notes.

GuestDesk Pro connects to that Guestreach database via API. When a guest emails your restaurant, GuestDesk checks Guestreach for a matching profile before drafting the reply. If a match is found, that context feeds directly into the AI.

No direct Resy API access. No developer setup. If you already use both products, it works today.

  • Forward Resy confirmation emails to your Guestreach address
  • Guestreach builds the guest profile automatically
  • Connect GuestDesk to Guestreach in Settings → Guestreach
  • Guest emails now arrive with full reservation context attached

Elena, of course — we've moved you to the 27th and held your usual window table. We'll look forward to seeing you again.

Resy context that changes every reply.

Regulars Recognized

A guest on their sixth visit gets a reply that sounds like it. GuestDesk knows their history and adjusts tone automatically — no staff prompting required.

Booking Notes in Context

Table preferences, dietary restrictions, occasion notes — whatever your team logged in Resy is surfaced the moment that guest's email arrives.

Upcoming Reservations Visible

If a guest has a booking on the books, GuestDesk can see it. A cancellation request becomes an opportunity to rebook rather than just a goodbye.

No Resy Credentials Shared

The integration works through Guestreach's email processing — not a direct API connection. You never hand GuestDesk your Resy login or API key.

What you need to get started.

Two products. One connection.

This integration requires both GuestDesk Pro and Guestreach to be installed and configured.

  • GuestDesk Pro — your restaurant's AI communication inbox (you're here)
  • Guestreach — the WordPress plugin that processes Resy reservation emails and builds your customer database
  • Resy email forwarding set up in Guestreach (takes ~5 minutes)
  • Guestreach API connected in GuestDesk Settings → Guestreach

Once both are running, the integration is automatic. No ongoing maintenance.

Setup checklist
1 Install Guestreach on your WordPress site
2 Forward Resy confirmation emails to Guestreach
3 Connect GuestDesk to Guestreach via API key
✓ Resy data flows into every reply automatically

Questions about Resy + GuestDesk.

Does this work today, or is it coming soon? +
It works today. If your restaurant uses both GuestDesk Pro and Guestreach, Resy reservation data is available in GuestDesk right now. Just connect your Guestreach API in GuestDesk Settings → Guestreach.
Do I need a Resy developer account or API credentials? +
No. The integration works through Guestreach, which processes Resy confirmation emails you forward to your Guestreach address. No Resy API access, no developer setup, no Resy approval process required.
What data does GuestDesk access from Resy? +
GuestDesk reads what Guestreach has collected from your Resy confirmation emails — guest name, email, visit count, last visit date, reservation notes, and any tags or preferences added in Guestreach. No payment data or financial information is accessed.
Does GuestDesk write anything back to Resy or Guestreach? +
GuestDesk is read-only with respect to Resy and Guestreach data. It reads guest context to inform AI replies but never creates, modifies, or cancels anything in either system. Your reservation data stays exactly as your team left it.
What is Guestreach? +
Guestreach is a WordPress plugin for restaurants that automatically processes incoming reservation emails — from Resy and other platforms — and builds a searchable customer database. It also handles automated reservation follow-up emails and review requests. GuestDesk and Guestreach are separate products that work together when both are installed.
